Growing up in the beautiful state of Colorado, I later pursued my education at the University of Utah. My majors in gender studies and modern dance showcased my long-lasting love for dance and appreciation for the endless creativity in choreography.

However, after facing a serious injury, life took me on a different path. I ventured into becoming a certified yoga teacher, which led me to explore the mesmerizing landscapes of Southeast Asia. My passion for teaching yoga and traveling went hand-in-hand, culminating in the birth of my own event-based yoga company, Rishi Yoga Co., based in Colorado—allowing me to still embark on adventures across 30 fascinating countries.

As time went by, running social media for another yoga studio alongside my own company ignited a newfound love: managing social media for businesses. The artistic elements and instant feedback from social media posts fascinated me, revealing the power that a dynamic social presence can hold for businesses. I find great joy in immersing myself within the ever-changing realms of technology and communication trends, striving to stay ahead of the curve and learn something new every day. This unquenchable thirst for knowledge led to the creation of CCox Social!
