In our personal experience, we are ensuring that 2024 is the year we use it to better understand our customers, improve their journey, and ensure our social campaigns are reaching the CORRECT consumers. AI is scarier when we don’t understand it so taking the time to not only understand it but learn how to use it, is vital.
Hyper- Personalized
AI opens new doors to making our marketing personal. In 2024 we are stepping away from massive audiences that all receive the same message and moving into detailed groups that get messages that match their current stage in the customer journey.
Influence Marketing
Influencers are not going away. In fact, according to Statista, “The global influencer marketing market size has more than tripled since 2019. In 2024, the market was estimated to reach a record of 24 billion U.S. dollars.” This is the year to harness those groups and make them work for your business! Finding an influencer that matches your market and is already speaking to your demographic is an amazing way to reach new consumers and build brand awareness.

Video Marketing has been important for a few years now but in 2024, it is only growing in importance. Consumer’s attention spans continue to get shorter and shorter so static images are no longer cutting it.
